This alert generates to the worker of record when an SSI recipient cannot be AUTO opened due to an existing Third Party Liability (TPL) non-cooperation sanction.
· Review the client information to determine whether the client should be in TPL non-cooperation sanction.
1. If the client is still in TPL non-cooperation sanction, delete the alert.
2. If the client is no longer in TPL non-cooperation sanction, take the appropriate action to remove the sanction. See Disqualifications and Sanctions – How do I lift a TPL sanction?
3. Open an S01 - SSI Categorically Needy AU.
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
