This two-tier alert generates when the PARIS interface shows an active client is receiving benefits in another state.
Line two of the alert displays the type of benefits the client receives from the other state, as well as the other state name, the other state’s office and contact phone number. If no contact data displays, then the information wasn’t sent by the matching state.

1. Enter a [Y] in the S field and press <F13> to view the second tier.
2. Review the ISMC screen information and determine if client is eligible for WA benefits.
3. Update the case if needed.
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
