This alert generates when a WASHCAP AU closes as a result of the State Data Exchange (SDX) interface. For more information, see State Data Exchange (SDX).
1. Review the circumstances that caused the AU to close. To review the case:
o Enter Option B - AU / Client Inquiry in the S field.
o Press <F15> and the STAT screen displays.
o Review the closing code on the STAT screen to determine the reason the AU was closed.

2. If appropriate, update the case.
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
