This alert generates when a managed care client trickles from categorically needy (CN) to a medically needy (MN) coverage group.
1. Review the case to determine if the trickle was correct.
2. Notify the managed care provider that the client is no longer CN eligible and must be disenrolled from managed care.
3. If the client is also receiving Long Term Care (LTC) services, contact the social services worker to determine if the client is functionally eligible for a different LTC program.
