This two-tier alert generates when the client or the client’s spouse information coming over the Low Income Subsidy (LIS) interface doesn’t match with existing data in ACES.
This alert generates on a daily basis when the following conditions are met:
- When there is inconsistent demographic data between ACES and the data received on the LIS Application file. Demographic data includes:
- Client name
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
1. Review the discrepancy and make appropriate changes to the client’s information if necessary.
Enter [Y] in the D field and <TRANSMIT>.
