"Having partner access with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services significantly strengthens the outreach team’s effectiveness in the field. It allows staff to verify eligibility, assist with applications and identify issues in real time. This immediate access builds trust, increases successful benefit enrollment and helps stabilize individuals faster by connecting them to food, cash and medical assistance on the spot."

- Kent Hay, City of Renton

"I was able to assist with application facilitation and follow-up on Washington Connection. I found that access extremely helpful in supporting the youth we served."

- Eileen and Callie’s Place
