Orientations and Ethics Training

The following orientations and ethics training are for individuals who have a valid provisional certificate number. If you were testing to become an interpreter, you will have a valid provisional certificate number if you pass the written test, and BOTH of the oral test sections. If you were testing to become a translator, you will have a valid provisional certificate number if you pass 2 out of 3 sections of the test.

A valid provisional number will be alpha-numeric (contains letters and numbers) and will have an effective date. Examples: PMC12345, PMA 12345, PTC12345, PSC 12345, or PSA 12345. Effective date example: 01/01/1800.

Don't see a provisional number on your score report letter? See this graphic to help guide you through the score report letter.

If you hold a recognized certification per WAC 388-03-114, enter the number that appears your certificate in lieu of a provisional number.

If you do not have a provisional certificate number, these orientations/trainings will not be counted.
