Alzheimer's State Plan

Washington State Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Dementias

Washington State’s Plan to Address Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Dementias was released in January 2016 - it identifies goals, strategies and recommendations as a blueprint for action. View the full State Plan.

Leading the charge to implement the plan is the Dementia Action Collaborative – a group of public-private partners committed to preparing Washington State for the growth of the dementia population. Materials and documents useful for DAC members and other partners are housed on this webpage.

Meetings this year for the full Dementia Action Collaborative are open to the public and scheduled for March 9, 2017 and September 27, 2017.
