Services
- Case management services, including a comprehensive assessment on five self-sufficiency areas, goal-setting with timelines and connections to healthcare programs and mental health providers, DSHS assistance programs, food assistance and housing.
- Workshops on relevant topics related to a person’s self-sufficiency such as financial literacy, health, insurance, the U.S. legal system, use of technology, entrepreneurship and the U.S. education system.
- Short-term services for people and families who request help from the provider but do not need ongoing case management services.
- Peer support groups tailored to meet the needs of a group with specific concerns related to their successful integration.
Eligibility
People may be eligible PRIME services if they:
- Are age 16 or older.
- Are current residents of Washington state.
- Have lived in the United States for five years or less.
- Have not naturalized as U.S. citizens.
- Have an immigration status that makes them eligible for federally funded refugee services from the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement.
