Residential Quality Assurance Support

The Residential Quality Assurance Unit supports providers statewide with quality assurance needs, including navigating WAC and DDCS Policy, preventing RCS citations, and implementing quality assurance systems.  For any questions or support requests, please email residentialqa@dshs.wa.gov, or contact unit staff  directly (information below).  We will contact you to discuss your needs.

If you have any general questions or feedback about HCLA/DDCS Quality Assurance, please contact Residential Quality Assurance Unit Manager Lori Redford.
