Phase Two Report
Unit of Service and Cost elements of Service definitions for public health in Washington State were developed and evaluated. The purpose of the definitions is to provide uniform and consistent data on personal public health services statewide. The Cost Elements of Service definitions associate cost categories with Units of Service. The purpose is to allow statewide analysis of variation in cost for any Unit of Service.
