Hard of hearing serving deaf and hard of hearing clients

Michael is an active member of a Hearing Loss group and volunteers his time at a local Senior Center and his Church. He’s also a Home care assistant and delivers “Meals on Wheels”. Michael has many years of client/customer service experience and has personal experience ensuring effective communication with clients who have hearing loss.
