The department’s authority to grant exceptions to the 3.4 hours per resident day (HPRD) requirement expired on June 30, 2018.
The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal language within WAC 388-97-1090 that is specific to the 3.4 HPRD exception and the department’s authority to grant it which expired on June 30, 2018.
The status of this rulemaking project is: I anticipate filing the CR-105 packet in the next two weeks.
DSHS is conducting rulemaking which may amend the following WAC chapters:
