Adult Family Home Council’s 2017 Fall Conference

The only conference designed and presented exclusively for Adult Family Home Providers and Caregivers!  This conference provides a unique opportunity to interact with other adult family home operators.  Attendees will hear from professionals who share in our mission of improving the lives of vulnerable adults through the support of adult family homes.
