I/DD and Dementia: A Forum for Advocates, Thought Leaders, Family Members and Creative Thinkers

This forum will include national experts Dr. Seth Keller and Dr. Mathew Janicki, a presentation by the Washington State Dementia Action Collaborative on the progress made in our state to date, and a community conversation among forum participants on how we can better support people with I/DD who experience dementia.

  • LEARN what we know about those with I/DD and dementia.
  • CONNECT and network with leaders from various disciplines and systems that support people with I/DD.
  • PLAN next steps we can take to better support those with I/DD in our state who develop dementia.
