Location Services: 

Location Services 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.: 

  • Pick up EBT cards (proof of identity required).
  • Pick up vouchers (proof of identity required).
  • Request Identicards.
  • Complete WorkFirst Orientation.
  • Schedule a Sanction re-engagement appointment.
  • Schedule WorkFirst appointments.
  • Ask questions about your WorkFirst or ABD/HEN case.
  • Sign Consent Forms for aged, blind or disabled cash assistance.

The following services can be completed in local Community Services Offices or by phone at 877-501-2233 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

  • Complete your interview for cash or food (application/eligibility review/mid-certification review).
  • Report changes for any of your benefits.
  • Manage your WorkFirst/Social Services Case.

*Customers who check in by 2 p.m. will be served that day.

Services after 2 p.m.:

  • Attend previously scheduled appointments with a case manager.
  • Ask a navigator to help answer general questions.
What to Bring with You: 

When you visit a DSHS Community Services Office, please bring the following documented information to help with your eligibility determination:

  • Your immigration status documentation
  • Proof of Washington residency
  • Information on your income
  • Name of your voluntary resettlement agency (VOLAG)
