DDA is amending these rules primarily to ensure providers complete the skills-demonstration portion of CPR in accordance with OSHA guidelines. DDA is amending these rules to allow DDA-contracted entities to provide Intensive Habilitation Services for Children; establish a connection between this chapter and the certification rules DDA is developing and plans to adopt under new chapter 388-825A WAC. |
