What will the local Community Resource teams look like, what is their role, when and how often will we contact them about helping a family?

Local offices will develop Community Resource Teams to address the needs of families in the community. Each Community Resource Team will look different depending on their needs and the resources available. Each team will develop their own meeting schedules. Children's Administration may contact Community Resource Team members when they are trying to access resources for families. Ideally, members of these teams will have knowledge about local resources and can identify help for families that we have not traditionally provided.
