Nothing About Us Without Us calls on us to make sure that we do more than make a difference - we make the kind of difference impacted people ask for.
One way we do this is through community workgroups that offer feedback on our policies, rules, procedures, communications, reports, quality assurance and more. Their voices ensure that we center our work on the lives of those who matter most - those who come to us for services and supports. When we share upcoming changes to any area of our work, they tell us things we can’t see and offer ideas for improvement.
