Medical Treatment Child Care - MTCC

Requires the department to report to the legislature on the number of referrals referred to the MTCC program by local public health nurses and case workers from the temporary assistance for needy families - TANF program, as long as the children meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Washington State plan for the MTCC program. This information is to include the number of referrals, the number of authorized referrals and child enrollment and program expenditure levels.
