Response to At Risk Youth Study

Requires the department, to look at child welfare programs and expenditures covered by this response and those programs either mentioned in the Washington State Institute for Public Policy - WSIPP report "Benefits and Costs of Prevention and Early Intervention Programs for Youth" published in September 2004 or that Children's Administration currently uses with at risk youth. This took place in November 2005.
