This report provides data on most of the persons served by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) during State Fiscal Year 1990 (FY90). The current (1992) Legislative District boundaries are used, rather than those which existed in 1990. For each Legislative District, both the number of clients in various DSHS Programs and the direct service dollars spent on those clients are reported. For the first time, unduplicated client information across DSHS is available: in this report, a client receiving multiple services is counted only once.
