The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) sponsored a study of persons eligible for services through the Division. This report presents patterns and trends in the annual caseload for both Residential Habilitation Centers (RHC) and community programs, as well as trends in the types of persons who became newly eligible for services during State Fiscal Years (SFY) 1990 through 1994.
