The Closure of Frances Haddon Morgan Center
FHMC was closed by December 2011 and the fifty-two individuals who lived at the center moved to community based residencies or other DDD institutions. Roads to Community Living supported the statewide efforts to move thirty one individuals to homes in the community. Various reports summarize the process and outcomes of the closure of FHMC.
