Productivity Measurement in the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services: Foster Care and Nursing Home Evaluation Systems, Grant No. APR75-1959. Productivity as applied to human service programs refers to the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. This project attempted to develop a model for productivity measurement based on experience in applying the concept of productivity measurement to two very different types of programs - foster care and nursing homes.
