Traumatic Brain Injury Annual Report

Requires the department to report to the legislature annually a summary of action taken by the department to meet the needs of individuals with traumatic brain injuries and recommendations for improvements in services to address the needs of individuals with traumatic brain injuries. (The dept. is no longer required to submit an annual report - duties moved to the TBI Council as mandated by 1614 Sec 2(7))
