Persons with Mental Illness - Transfer to Secure Facilities

RCW 10.77.091, Chapter 263, Laws of 2010 - ESB 6610 Section 2, directs the department to report to the Governor and the appropriate committees of the legislature regarding the use of the authority under this section to transfer persons to a secure facility.
