It is often noted that the future of our world lies in the hands of our youth. But senior citizens will have an increasingly important role in the future, also, for their members are growing more rapidly than any other segment of the population. This report summarizes the survey of the needs of the elderly and it points out some of the alternatives available in helping fulfill those needs. It is not an attempt, however, to relate all of the information obtained in the needs survey. The data is stored in a computer and is available to organizations and individuals for appropriate uses.
