Division of Refugee Assistance Fiscal Year 1990
In June of 1990, the Office of Research and Data Analysis proposed using geographic information software (ARC-INFO) and statistical analysis software (SAA) to answer some of the questions posed by the Minority Initiative and the Strategic Planning effort. The Needs Assessment Data Project is not a needs assessment. Instead, it provides baseline information which decision makers and planners across DSHS can use to assess service needs and gaps. That information is being presented in a series of reports on the service use of various client groups during the State 1990 Fiscal Year (July 1989 through June 1990), across counties and DSHS regions. This is one of those reports.
