The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) sponsored a study of services provided to persons with developmental disabilities through the Division and other DSHS agencies, emphasizing services provided through the Aging and Adult Services Administration (AASA)/ Home and Community Services (HCS), the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), the Division of Income Assistance (DIA), and the Medical Assistance Administration (MAA). Additional information is provided, when available, for all DSHS divisions. This report presents patterns and trends in the frequency, expenditures, and staffing for services provided to persons on the caseload of the Division of Developmental Disabilities during State Fiscal years (SFY) 1990 through 1994.
