Mental Health Treatment Facilities' Compliance with RCW 71.34.375

Substitute Senate Bill 5187 requires a hospital emergency room or inpatient psychiatric facility which provides services to minors to inform a parent or guardian of a minor who is seeking treatment for that minor of all statutorily available treatment options, including the option for parent-initiated treatment. The department is required to report on facilities' compliance in implementing the RCW 71.34.375.
