This is the third in a series of three reports which describes developmentally disabled persons in Washington State. The first report described clients of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) who were living with their families (Group A). The second study concerned DDD clients who had lived with their families until at least 18 years of age and had since moved away from home (Group B). This report describes developmentally disabled persons who appeared to be eligible for DDD services and were not clients of the Division (Group C).
