In 1983 the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), within the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, initiated a study of developmentally disabled persons who have lived with their families. This is the second in a series of three reports concerning that study. The first report focused upon DDD clients who were still living with their families (Group A). This report focuses upon DDD clients, ages 22 through 29, who were living with their families at age 18 and now live elsewhere (Group B).
