Recently Completed Rule Making

  • 2021 Emergency WAC 388-96-107 - Requests for extensions - emergency rule extending time period
  • WAC 388-105-0005 - Amending rules to accurately reflect current AFH, AL, ARC, and EARC rates.

    • CR-102 and rule text. This language is the proposed final language.
    • CR-103E and rule text. This emergency rule is currently in effect.
    • CR-103P and rule text. This language took effect on February 17, 2018 and is the same text as the emergency rules currently in effect.
  • WAC 388-96 - Amending rules and creating new rules to comply with SHB 1274 and SHB 2678.
    • CR-103P and rule text. This is the permanent language that will take effect November 24, 2017.
    • CR 103E and rule text. These emergency rules are currently in effect.
    • CR 102 and rule text. This language is the proposed final language.
    • CR-103P and rule text. This is the permanent language took effect November 24, 2017.
