The evaluation project conducted two surveys in addition to the main investigation described in Volume 1 of this report. One was a survey of Pilot Project clients at discharge; it was known as the Client Exit Survey. The other was a survey of family members and acquaintances of Pilot Project clients; it was known as the Care Giver survey.
