Volume 1, Main Report
This is a report on the value of intensive case management for involuntarily committed mentally ill persons who are subsequently released by court order to less restrictive community settings. The pilot project was authorized by the 1987 Washington State legislature, specifically to evaluate the effects of intensive case management on treatment and expenditures.
