This report shows how the people of each legislative district in Washington State used various economic and medical assistance programs administered by the Department of Social and Health Services in FY 94 and FY 98. The report identifies how many and what percent of residents by district used Work First grants, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, Diversion Cash Assistance, Consolidated Emergency Assistance Program grants, General Assistance Unemployed and Expedited Medical grants, General Assistance to Pregnant Women, Supplemental Security Income, and Medical Assistance. The annual amount spent on these grants is specified.
