Volume 2: Washington State Manual for State Level Mental Health Outcome Projects

There were two purposes for this study. The first purpose was to estimate how much change occurs on a set of adjustment measures taken at the time of client's admission to mental health centers and the same scores collected 90 days later, as well as to obtain distributions of scores from a cross-section of agency caseloads. The second purpose was to treat the study as a pilot for estimating the utility and feasibility of state-wide mental health outcome.
