ODHH's online request system for Sign Language interpreter services serves two types of contracts.
One is for critical appointments (emergency and non-emergency), the other is for regular/general requests. There are slightly different processes, terms and conditions and rates for the these contracts. They have separate request forms.
All request forms for Sign Language interpreter services go through ODHH's online interpreter scheduling system. In order to use this online system, you must set up an account. Our online requests system includes data collection on fill rates and contract compliance monitoring. Please go to the Interpreter Rates Explained page for more information.
Critical Appointments (Emergency and Non-Emergency), in person only
Direct DSHS statewide contract is available. Your department must have approval from ODHH to use this contract and form.
First, contact one of the contractors in the list below to figure out a date and time within the next week that works for all people involved.

For regular/general requests the Department of Enterprise Services and the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing are in a cooperative purchase agreement to provide statewide Sign Language interpreter services.
