Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Children's SOLA Homes DDA Client Service The premises shall be used by the Department of Social and Health Services, Developmental Disability Administration (DDA) expressly for the following purpose(s): Residential use of DDA client(s) in the State Operating Living Alternatives (Children’s SOLA) program, their families and invitees, and staff to support said clients. Residence to house three children with developmental disabilities that cannot live with their families and will also include a small office space for staff use. The only potential procurement that  I could think of for FAU is the DMS Rules Engine upgrade which will need to follow after DM11 Upgrade which is currently being  handled by State team.  The DMS Rules Engine upgrade is very complex and requires deep knowledge and understanding of the underlying foundational architecture of the system which State staff do not have.
