DSHS completed construction of the Brockmann Campus in 2025. As a part of the Clark County conditional use permit process prior to construction, DSHS submitted documentation including development plans, landscape plans, a storm water plan, water and sewer service reviews, a traffic study, a topographical survey, and other documentation.
