Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) connects the military community—with service

members, military spouses, and veterans—with American businesses

to create economic opportunity and a strong and diversified

workforce.

Hiring Our Heroes (HOH)

 

WorkEx

The WorkEx program allows eligible active duty transitioning service 

members and military spouses to participate 

in 4-12 weeks (up to 180 days with a chain of command approval) 

hands-on work-based learning opportunity with a host employer

(local or remote) to bridge the gap in skills and experience 

needed to land a full-time career opportunity

within the civilian workforce.
