Requests for Crucial/Emergency/Urgent Appointments - In Person

One is for crucial/emergency/urgent appointments, the other is for regular/general requests. There are slightly different process, terms and conditions and rates for the these contracts. They have separate request forms

All request forms for Sign Language interpreter services are in ODHH's online interpreter scheduling system. In order to use this online system, you must set up an account. Our online requests system includes data collection on fill rates and contract compliance monitoring. Please go to the Interpreter Rates Explained page for more information.
