ODHH offers an online interpreter scheduling system that allows data collection on fill rates and contract compliance monitoring. In order to use this online system, you must set up an account.

If they cannot confirm an Interpreter(s) for your request, they will return the request in the ODHH system and the request will be reassigned. If this happens, you will receive a reassignment email from signlanaguageinterpreters@dshs.wa.gov . You do not need to submit another request.
