June 2, 2020, is the day Washington State DVR commemorates, along with its core VR partners, the 100th anniversary of the public Vocational Rehabilitation program in the U.S. From June-December 2020, WA DVR will celebrate in various ways, including via social media and news articles. A celebration event is tentatively set for later this year.

DVR’s “Champions of VR”

In recognition of the 100th anniversary of the public Vocational Rehabilitation program in the U.S., the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation within the Department of Social and Health Services gives thanks and appreciation to its “Champions of VR.”

Tribal VR’s “Champions of VR”

In recognition of the 100th anniversary of the public Vocational Rehabilitation Program in the U.S., the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation within the Department of Social and Health Services honors and offers appreciation to its Tribal VR partners’ “Champions of VR.”

Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation programs across the State are a recognized and valued partner of WA DVR.
