Due to unforeseen issues with our truck we have unfortunately had to cancel this event, to apply, make changes, or process a review please call the call center at 1-877-501-2233 or visit a local CSO

 

 

The DSHS Mobile Community Services Office onsite, open to the community, and available for applications, reviews, changes, ID vouchers, add additional free minutes to contracted lifeline phone plans and assistance for the following programs:

 -Basic Food Assistance

 -Cash Assistance

 -Medicare Savings Program
