Fee & Payment
DAY REGISTRATION
$350* REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Lodging (at Murano hotel and a nearby hotel)
- Parking included with instructions
- Breakfast at event
- Meeting Venue
- Meeting Materials
*Early bird discount – Register and pay by April 30th, your registration fee will be reduced to $300!*
- All registration forms and payments must be received by Monday May 13, 2019
- Cancellations must be received via email no later than Monday May 20, 2019
- No refunds for late cancellations or no shows. Attendees can be swapped 1:1 in emergency cases.
- Maximum three (3) attendees per organization. Additional attendees will be put on a waitlist, or be required to pay own lodging. Please consider sending at least one fiscal person from your organization. Presenters are not included in the maximum.

Each attendee must complete a registration form, even if the agency chooses to submit one (1) check for all.
Registration fee receipts will be sent via email for confirmation of Forum registration.
We are unable to accept credit cards or purchase orders, due to technology and security concerns.
Meals
Breakfast
Innovation, Integration & Interaction are the central theme for the BFET Forum. The Planning Committee has chosen to provide a working breakfast. You will not be able to claim Per Diem for the breakfast meal. We are working hard with the catering department to provide alternatives for those who have dietary restrictions.

The Forum will have drip coffee, tea, water, and snacks available in the common areas.
Lunch, Dinner and Shopping
All lunches and dinners will be on your own, though we encourage you to meet up with your fellow Forum attendees to expand your networking time.
