Individual Providers

If you do not meet  your required training deadlines

Your payment to provide personal care is terminated if you do not meet training deadlines. To    return to work and be paid again as an IP, you  need to:

  • Call the Benefits Group Member Resource Center at 1-866-371-3200 to see if you qualify for the benefit continuation program that may allow you to take the training you need to become compliant. In this case the training would be free to the member.
  • Complete all required training through a DSHS community instructor. Find a Community Instructor.
