Benefit of In-Person Support Groups

  • Connection and Belonging – Face-to-face interaction builds a sense of belonging as group members foster relationships with others who understand the unique challenges of living with TBI.
  • Emotional Support – Find encouragement and reduce feelings of loneliness by being part of a community. Get feedback and encouragement in real time.
  • Shared Learning – Exchange ideas, strategies, and practical trips for daily living, recovery and navigating services
  • Validation and Understanding – Share experiences openly with people who “get it” and can offer empathy without judgment.
  • Access to Resources – Learn about local programs, services, and tools that may not be widely known.

We also offer Virtual Support Groups
