Provider Reimbursement

You can invoice for your administrative costs under Training and Travel as long as you have the funds allocated in these line items to cover the amount.

Forum expenses must be invoiced in the May invoice for those billing monthly and in the June invoice for those billing quarterly.

Per Diem cannot include breakfast as it was provided.
